A Buzzing Week at Honeybees: Celebrating Spring and Building Relationships
It has been an exciting week at Honeybees! Our little buzzy bees have been busy creating Easter cards and nests, exploring nature, and building relationships with their friends.
On Monday, we kicked off the week by making adorable Easter cards for our loved ones. The children carefully selected their favourite colours and explored bubble printing to make our cards.
On Friday, we continued the Easter fun by making Easter nests. The children mixed together chocolate, cornflakes, and mini eggs to create a delicious and festive treat. They then used their creativity to shape the nests and add their own decorative touches. The end result was a delightful display of Easter cheer!
But the fun didn't stop there! With the beautiful weather upon us, we decided to take advantage of the opportunity to explore nature. On Wednesday, we ventured into the forest and spent the day discovering new sights and sounds.
The children were thrilled to find bugs, leaves, and flowers, and they used clay to join sticks together and create their own unique sculptures. It was a wonderful way to connect with the natural world and appreciate the beauty of spring.
