Willow class explore -What's in the Witch's Kitchen?

In Literacy, Willow Class have been exploring the story What’s in the Witch’s Kitchen? and having lots of fun discovering all the spooky surprises inside! This has helped up to create some fantastic drawing club ideas for literacy this week!

In Maths, the children have been searching for different shapes in the environment and learning how to describe their properties. We went for a shape hunt around the school and drew some detailed pictures of their findings.

To mark Remembrance Day, Willow Class created beautiful poppy paintings and learned about why we wear poppies to remember.
