Year 6 enjoy a SAT's Yoga Session
Last week in preparation for the SAT's taking place next week, the Year 6's enjoyed a Yoga Session with Hayley for Namaste Kids. The session concentrated on their breathing and feeling relaxed. Helping them to take away their stress and any anxiety they may be feeling. All the children found this very beneficial and really enjoyed the session, a couple even nearly went to sleep as they were so relaxed!
